Quest Windows SystemsPosition Summary DryAir US, Inc. is seeking a responsible, dependable, and self-motivated Warehouse & Aftermarket Parts Associate to support our aftermarket parts operation and equipment rental fleet. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate parts inventory, picking and fulfilling customer parts orders, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. The position will also oversee the day-to-day handling of a small rental fleet, including loading and unloading equipment, inspecting equipment upon return, and performing minor repairs and maintenance as required. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, take pride in doing things correctly, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in equipment are definite assets. Key Responsibilities Parts & Warehouse Receive, identify, and put away incoming parts and materials. Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with regular inventory counts. Pick parts accurately to fulfill customer and internal orders. Package parts appropriately for shipment, ensuring items are protected and properly identified. Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and related paperwork. Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and courier services. Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy. Help maintain proper identification and organization of parts and storage locations. Handle customer returns and assist with inspecting returned parts as required. Rental Fleet Manage the day-to-day physical handling of a small fleet of rental equipment. Load and unload rental equipment using appropriate equipment and safe work practices. Prepare equipment for rental and ensure it is ready for the next customer. Inspect equipment carefully when it is returned from rental. Perform minor repairs, adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance as required. Coordinate larger repairs or maintenance requirements with the appropriate personnel. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, parts, or equipment-related experience is preferred. Mechanical aptitude or experience working with mechanical equipment is an asset. Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload parts and equipment. Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and shipping software. Forklift experience/certification would be an asset. A valid driver's license would be an asset. Personal Characteristics Dependable – follows through on commitments and can be trusted to get the job done.
