Warehouse Administrator

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as MRP and AS400 to track inventory levels, order status, and stock movements Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and organize goods within the warehouse Oversee order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes for e-commerce and wholesale clients Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits; update system data accordingly Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload operations; conduct safety inspections regularly Support packaging operations to prepare products for shipment while adhering to quality standards Experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP software for inventory control and order processing Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience working in e-commerce environments or high-volume distribution centers is advantageous Ability to perform load & unload tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-moving logistics environment.
