Warehouse Administrator Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Department: Warehouse/Shop Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour Job Summary: The Warehouse Administrator provides administrative, purchasing, inventory, and recordkeeping support for company operations. This position serves as a liaison between departments and vendors, coordinates purchasing activities, maintains inventory and equipment records, processes purchase orders and invoices, and supports efficient warehouse and fleet operations. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and services to all departments. Maintain confidentiality in all matters. Serve as a purchasing liaison between department managers and vendors. Obtain quotes, compare pricing, and assist with purchasing decisions. Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company approval requirements. Match invoices to purchase orders and code invoices for payment processing. Track deliveries of parts, equipment, materials, and other purchased items. • Maintain inventory records as directed by management.• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Prepare reports, correspondence, and professional business documents. Support special projects as assigned by management. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong commitment to safety, quality, communication, and follow-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to be licensed by the company’s automotive insurance carrier. Previous administrative, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, fleet maintenance, or construction industry experience preferred. Security and Access Requirements: Must successfully pass all required background screening requirements. Must comply with company drug and alcohol testing policies. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain access to project sites including White Sands Missile Range, Fort Bliss, and Holloman Air Force Base. Work Environment: Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and loud machinery. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
