What You'll Do
✅ Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records
✅ Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to warehouse leadership
✅ Process incoming orders and manufacturing orders within the ERP system

order flow, picking, packing, and shipping activity
✅ Manage the RMA (Returns) process and help implement corrective actions
✅ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
✅ Schedule pickups and deliveries with transportation providers
✅ Ensure compliance with shipping, receiving, and regulatory requirements
✅ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or shipment issues
✅ Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, safety, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
✔ Associate Degree and 3+ years of warehouse administration experience preferred
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
✔ Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Experience
✔ Warehouse administration or inventory control experience
✔ Logistics and transportation coordination experience
✔ Process improvement and change management experience
✔ Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
Physical Requirements
✅ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
✅ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed
✅ Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
✅ Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
