Warehouse Administrator
Hounen Solar America Inc.Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities Support daily warehouse administrative operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, and document processing. Enter and maintain accurate ERP data for material receipts, shipments, stock movements, and other warehouse transactions. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation. Verify shipping and receiving documents and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to support material flow and daily operations. Maintain organized warehouse records and report transaction discrepancies promptly. Handle repetitive, high-volume transactional work with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Work overtime and extended shifts as needed to meet operational demands; shifts of 10 hours or longer may be required. Requirements — Must Have Strong attention to detail and ability to process repetitive, high-volume transactions accurately. Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and warehouse-related documentation. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures. Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and willingness to support overtime. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory control, or ERP transaction processing. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
