General Responsibilities Effectively assist the warehouse manager to do all the work related to the warehouse. Such as assisting in filling out forms, keeping records and managing various routine tasks. Ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. Detect and supervise the safety monitoring of the warehouse at any time, and report to the manager in time if there are potential safety hazards. Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records, including regular hours, overtime, absences, and leave. Assist with vendor communication, quotation comparison, and purchasing documentation. Prepare and maintain various administrative reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Support daily administrative and operational activities as needed. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or high degree preferred. Assistant professional background preferred. Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role. Experience: one year’s relative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Bilingual- English and Chinese. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional and friendly demeanor.
