The ideal candidate is highly organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, can prioritize multiple tasks, and is comfortable cross-training and rotating through all warehouse departments. This position requires someone who can follow detailed processes accurately while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform both administrative and hands-on warehouse duties across all departments.
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
Complete computer-based tasks, data entry, inventory updates, and other administrative functions.
Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives to research and resolve order-related issues.
Maintain a consistent production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Assist with receiving, including identifying and reading parts and product information.
Perform cycle counts and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Follow detailed packing instructions to ensure proper product protection and presentation.
Rotate between departments and maintain proficiency in multiple warehouse processes.
Perform quality control checks and accurately complete required documentation and sign-offs.
Maintain organized inventory and ensure products are stocked in their designated locations.
Prioritize tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to complete assignments efficiently.
Take initiative to assist with team warehouse responsibilities during downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily production and operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous warehouse experience required.
Sit-down forklift experience required.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and follow detailed, repetitive processes and instructions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to communicate professionally with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse team members.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Must be available for a regular Monday–Friday schedule of either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Must be willing and able to work overtime or stay late when business needs require.
Ability to lift and move 50–60 lbs. Products may be small but are dense and heavy; team lifting is required when appropriate.
Must be willing and able to cross-train and work in all warehouse departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, particularly candidates who are comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.
Experience with receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, quality control, packing, or order processing is a plus.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
