We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Admin to support the daily administrative workflow of our Shipping/Receiving department. This role is responsible for creating shipping documents, coordinating outbound shipments, and managing accurate records to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.
What You’ll Do
- Create shipping documents including shippers, BOLs, and labels
- Process UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments
- Scan and maintain all required shipping and receiving documentation
- Coordinate daily administrative needs for the Shipping/Receiving team
- Support accurate documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing

What You Bring
High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or related administrative role
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping systems
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Forklift certification a plus
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with all levels of the organization
