We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales & Replenishment Analyst to support our Walmart business in Bentonville, AR. What You’ll Do This role will focus on driving Walmart sales through data-driven insights, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain execution, and in-stock performance across the toy and seasonal consumer goods industry. Key Responsibilities Analyze Walmart POS, sales, inventory, and replenishment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support forecasting and replenishment strategies to maintain healthy inventory and strong in-stock performance. Monitor out-of-stocks, overstocks, inventory positioning, lead times, and supply-chain risks. Partner with Walmart merchants and replenishment teams on sales, inventory, promotional, seasonal, and modular initiatives. Coordinate with domestic and international vendors on production, shipments, inventory flow, and supply-chain issues. Build sales reports, trackers, business recaps, and customer presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Manage project timelines, customer follow-ups, action items, and cross-functional deliverables. Proactively identify issues and develop solutions that support Walmart and supplier objectives. Leverage AI and digital tools to improve reporting, analysis, communication, and workflow efficiency. Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in sales analysis, replenishment, inventory, supply chain, retail operations, or customer/account support. Walmart experience and familiarity with Retail Link, Supplier One, Item 360, or Scintilla preferred. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills. Ability to interpret POS, sales, inventory, and operational data and turn insights into action. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts, vendors, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
