W2 CDL-A Regional Driver Home Weekly Southwest

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers to run primarily within the Southwest region, with occasional routes outside the region to maximize miles. Drivers receive weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and average approximately 2,000 miles per week hauling 100% no-touch freight. Pay & Sign-On Bonus Average weekly pay: $1,100 - $1,200 Top 20% of drivers earn $1,500+ per week Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,000 miles Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours, or higher as required by law Layover pay: $100 per day, or higher as required by law Sign-on bonus: $3,000 total $1,500 after 90 days $1,500 after 6 months Schedule & Home Time Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset Primarily Southwest regional routes Occasional runs outside the region to maximize miles Must be available for varying route schedules and delivery needs Freight & Equipment 100% no-touch freight 50 - 60% drop-and-hook freight 40 - 50% live unload freight 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors Requirements Valid CDL-A required with 3 months minimum of experience Must be able to perform live unloads when required Must be available for regional and occasional out-of-region routes
