SpeedcraftJob Summary We are seeking a dependable Parts Counter Representative to join our team. You will assist customers and technicians in finding, ordering, and purchasing automotive/machinery parts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of parts identification. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and answer incoming parts inquiries. Identify required parts using electronic catalogs and manuals. Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system. Manage parts inventory by unpacking and stocking shipments. Locate out-of-stock parts from external suppliers or warehouses. Maintain a clean and organized retail counter space Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1 years in parts sales or automotive service. Will train the right candidate Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle/machinery components and systems. Tech Skills: Ability to use inventory software and catalogs. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting parts up to 50 lbs. Traits: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Benefits & Schedule Schedule: Full-time, will include alternating Saturdays. Pay: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) + commission potential. Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
