Keystone Capital Group, LLCVP of Vendor Management Key Responsibilities Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring. Establish vendor policies, procedures, and performance standards. Negotiate vendor agreements, pricing, service terms, and renewal conditions. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners. Monitor vendor performance, service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimize vendor costs and improve service delivery. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other departments. Evaluate vendor risks and support appropriate compliance and documentation processes. Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to assess vendor effectiveness. Lead vendor improvement initiatives and resolve service or delivery issues. Manage, mentor, and develop vendor management teams. Provide vendor performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership. Experience & Qualifications 20+ years of professional experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields. 10+ years of team management and senior leadership experience. Extensive experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, negotiations, and performance reviews. Strong understanding of procurement processes, cost management, supplier evaluation, and risk assessment. Proven ability to improve vendor performance and establish effective business partnerships. Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
