VP of Supply Chain Management/Inventory Planning

Job Overview Our company is seeking someone who is highly motivated to join our team. As Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Inventory Planning, you’ll set direction for the supply chain, align inventory with business needs, and lead teams across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. You’ll use data and enterprise systems to strengthen planning, improve execution, and guide continuous improvement. This position is an Executive Position within our company. Pay will be based off of experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Lead supply chain planning, demand planning, purchasing, procurement, and logistics inventory management. Set inventory strategies and oversee material requirements planning (MRP), Mill direct pricing, and logistics operations. Partner across functions, including plant management and operations management, to connect supply chain decisions with manufacturing priorities. Must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your impact: By improving planning and inventory coordination, you help manufacturing and operations teams access the materials they need to serve customers reliably. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership in supply chain management, supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. MUST have 3-5 yrs experience in oilfield supply. MUST have Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 business Central. Strong Excel data analysis skills. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, procurement, purchasing, demand planning, Mill direct purchasing and production planning. Proven cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement capabilities; Inventory management experience is an asset.
