VP of Signage Operations

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Signage Operations to lead and scale our signage design, fabrication, production, and installation operations. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across large-scale signage projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of signage, fabrication, or construction industry experience, strong P&L management skills, and a proven track record leading large production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the Signage Division, including design, fabrication, production, installation, and project management.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, operational plans, and profitability goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day signage production and installation operations.
• Manage department budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls.
• Improve workflow, production efficiency, and operational processes.

Business Development

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support large bids and client relationships.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Performance & Quality

• Track KPIs including production throughput, installation timelines, and project profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve margins and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in signage, fabrication, construction, or related industry.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or executive management.
• Proven success leading large-scale signage production and installation teams.
• Strong business acumen, budgeting, and financial management skills.
• Experience managing large vendors and complex multi-site projects.
• Expertise in signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
