VP of Production and or Production Foreman

Job Summary As Vice President of Production or Production Foreman, you’ll guide the scheduling, supplies and overall operations for the installation and maintenance of commercial gates and doors. There will be field work as well as office and you need some experience in this or related areas. You’ll coordinate people, schedules, and resources to keep work moving safely and efficiently. As foreman you will be in the field and helping with actual installations. The VP of Production will start in the field mostly to learn the ropes but ultimately mostly in office scheduling ordering supplies and other management activities. SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS BASED ON QUARTERLY PRODUCTION Experience in gate and door installations would be ideal Experience in the field in construction construction helpful Electrical and or welding helpful Experience in construction, production management, production scheduling, or operations management. Familiarity with ERP systems, MRP, production management systems, and supply chain management; SAP experience is useful. Experience leading teams and coordinating across functions; plant management experience is valuable. Some Spanish is helpful OSHA Certs helpful Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
