Job Overview: Bonded Logistics, Inc. is a U.S.-based logistics company specializing in third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing and distribution, freight transportation, and supply chain management. The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is primarily responsible for the company’s overall operational management, logistics network optimization, and the execution of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain strategies. By enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing the cost structure, and strengthening team management, the VP of Operations drives the company’s business growth and long-term development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s annual operational strategy and business development plans. Oversee core business functions, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain management. Optimize logistics operations to improve transportation efficiency and customer service quality. Manage the operational budget, cost control, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead regional operations teams and refine management systems and talent development programs. Drive digital transformation, automation, and technological innovation in logistics and supply chain management. Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to achieve the company’s long-term strategic goals. Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience in logistics and transportation, warehousing and distribution, or supply chain management. At least 5 years of experience in senior operations management or leading large teams. Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL), transportation management, and warehousing operations systems. Excellent strategic planning, cost control, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Familiarity with logistics industry regulations, safety standards, and operational risk management.
