The Vice President of Logistics oversees all SSU operations related to inventory rentals and event logistics. This includes managing the inventory booking system, coordinating distribution and returns, and supervising the Assistant Vice President(s) of Logistics.

Time Commitment
Typically 5-10 hours per week, up to 15 hours per week in November/March


Term of Employment
August 2026 - April 2027


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the SSU rental process from bookings to returns

  • Oversee dry cleaning, storage, and damage checks

  • Coordinate logistics for events

  • Track and manage deposits and inventory flow


Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple operational processes

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or inventory tools

  • Effective communicator with attention to detail


Anticipated Learning Outcomes
The Vice President of Logistics will gain experience in operational planning, process management, and event execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure and execution.
