VP, Backup Care Network & Fulfillment
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a VP, Backup Care Network & Fulfillment to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will own the operational strategy and P&L impact for a large-scale care fulfillment network, with a focus on service quality, capacity, and reliability. The role will guide a distributed enterprise operations function while improving matching, tracking, and contingency planning for periods of peak demand. It will also partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to strengthen execution and support growth across a two-sided service marketplace. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Own strategy and P&L impact of care operations Lead and scale the enterprise operations team for fulfillment Set operational KPIs and establish tracking infrastructure Build and maintain a quality caregiver and care center network Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance matching tools Develop contingency protocols for peak demand periods Collaborate with Account Management and Sales for network insights Qualifications 10+ years in operations leadership, with 5+ years in a senior or VP role Experience managing large, distributed service provider networks Track record of scaling operations teams in high-growth environments Strong analytical skills for managing operational KPIs and P&L metrics Experience in claims or benefits administration is a plus Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills Proficiency in workforce management systems and data platforms Benefits Health insurance coverage Life and disability insurance Generous 401K employer matching program Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
