Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate our retail environment through innovative and engaging visual displays. In this role, you will be responsible for designing captivating store layouts, creating compelling merchandising displays, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements. Your expertise will help attract customers, enhance their shopping experience, and drive sales by translating brand guidelines into visually stunning presentations. Duties Develop and execute eye-catching visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies Design store layouts and planograms using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to optimize space and product placement Coordinate with store management and sales teams to ensure displays support sales goals and promotional campaigns Manage inventory control related to merchandising materials, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage Create detailed illustrations and layouts for new display concepts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Oversee the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of displays to ensure they remain attractive and functional Lead a team of store associates in implementing visual standards, providing training on display arrangement techniques and retail merchandising procedures Requirements Proven experience in retail store visual merchandising or interior design, preferably within fashion retail or similar sectors Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other design tools Strong understanding of branding principles, store layout management, planogram development, and merchandising display arrangement Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Multilingual abilities are a plus to engage diverse customer bases and team members Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, cash handling, and sales techniques Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Organizational skills with a focus on managing store merchandising operations and ensuring visual standards are consistently met Join us as a Visual Merchandiser where your creativity fuels our brand presence!
