The Visitor Operations Associate is designed to support onsite operations during public visiting hours at the Museum. The ideal candidate can work independently, has strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can think strategically as it relates to both short-term and long-term planning. This person will support daily visitor activities and facilitate seamless interdepartmental communication. In this role, they will prioritize the visitor experience along with operational excellence in order to support staff workflows and organizational goals. The schedule for the part time union role is: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. This position reports to the Manager, Visitor Operations.
