Vinyl Shop Lead- Spanish-English bilingual preferred; not required

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Shop Lead to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and building vinyl orders to facilitate the efficient movement/manufacture of goods within the facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, to load and unload materials to and from trucks and storage areas. Perform order building tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Load and unload less than pallet quantities by hand Experience Previous experience as a Lead / Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
