As an Equipment Operator (internally known as a Viking), you will be responsible for operating a variety of small and large equipment to ensure production runs efficiently and our products meet high-quality standards. Pay Rate: Please refer to the attached pay scale document for full details on our incentive program. Base Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.23 per hour . Incentive Opportunities: This position offers a significant incentive program based on hourly productivity (units completed per hour). Earn additional pay ranging from $3.09 to over $41.74 per hour on top of your base rate, depending on your output. Total potential hourly earnings can range from $18.23 up to $59.97 per hour or more, based on performance. Your earning potential increases with your productivity! Performing inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Feeding materials or parts to semi-automated machines. Controlling and adjusting equipment settings as needed. Delivering on or exceeding daily production requirements. Performing evaluations with precision to provide consistent quality of all finished products. Maintaining a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance. Escalating technical and process issues to leadership. Fostering exceptional and collaborative partnerships with facility staff. Performing other duties as assigned.
