Working in a dynamic and multicultural environment, you will support the business while developing valuable expertise in trade compliance within the aerospace industry. Here are the available assignments : Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to import/export laws and corporate policies Gather and prepare necessary documentation for customs and regulatory filings Track shipments and support with export or import declarations as needed Collaborate with other departments to resolve import/export questions and issues Help analyze and maintain records of international transactions for compliance and audit purposes Help develop and update standardized compliance and internal control procedures Support the internal control team in participating in walkthroughs and tests and preparing related reports Perform other assigned duties and special projects as needed Job Requirements Job Requirements : Master's degree owith 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in import / export compliance and / or internal audit. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative Solid analytical skills, proficiency in Excel Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of handling new tasks autonomously Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing projects Fluency in English is required.
