We are architects, planners, consultants, designers, engineers, scientists, and federal contractors, committed to growing the economy and legacy of the Pokagon Band and supporting its more than 6,000 citizens. We provide value by integrating expertise across the natural and built environment lifecycle—from pre-development and planning to design, procurement, construction, and operations. The position is focused on how technology is used throughout the business and how it can improve the performance of Delivery, Growth, Enterprise, and the people closest to our clients and projects. The role will build an integrated technology and innovation capability that connects AEC production technology, BIM and CAD, artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital workflows, training, and organizational adoption. Cybersecurity, federal compliance, and IT infrastructure are critical requirements and guardrails within this work. The position reports to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise, and carries an enterprise-wide mandate. It works in close partnership with Delivery leadership, technical leaders, and project teams, so that technology decisions stay connected to how the work is actually done.
