Vice President, Operations Procurement, Global

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Operations Procurement, Global to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will own global procurement strategy for operations-critical services that support uptime, resilience, and service continuity across data center environments. The role partners closely with Data Center Operations teams and Regional COOs to translate operational requirements into scalable commercial frameworks. It will also drive supplier performance, contract governance, and cost-effective service delivery across regional and global agreements. Location: Remote Compensation: $270,000 – $290,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the primary procurement partner to Data Center Operations teams and Regional COOs Translate operational needs into commercial frameworks and service delivery models Manage global and regional service contracts, including maintenance and security services Structure, negotiate, and govern master service agreements and regional contracts Define and track supplier KPIs for performance management and service delivery Qualifications 15+ years of leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management Proven experience managing global service agreements and supplier performance frameworks Strong track record of supporting uptime-critical operations in data center environments Deep understanding of data center systems and lifecycle service requirements Experience structuring and negotiating complex global and regional service contracts Benefits Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability coverage Paid time off and employee assistance programs 401(k) participation with company match Additional voluntary benefits available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
