Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics (6002)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an onsite, direct hire position. SALARY: $160,000-$180,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements Lead strategic planning and execution of global supply chain, purchasing, procurement, and logistics activities. Own global demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and inventory targets. Provide financial leadership for supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Oversee purchasing strategy, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with technical teams throughout product design, sourcing, and launch processes. Demonstrate strong understanding of product development and engineering processes. Responsibilities Manage global supply chain, purchasing, procurement, and logistics initiatives across the distribution network. Develop and execute demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management strategies. Lead financial planning and analysis related to supply chain activities. Optimize SKU portfolio management to improve inventory performance. Negotiate contracts, favorable terms, and supplier agreements to reduce costs and improve performance. Oversee supplier performance, risk management, and disruption response strategies. Implement digital supply chain tools to enhance data visibility and responsiveness. Ensure compliance with environmental, customs, trade, and regulatory requirements. Enforce ethical sourcing policies and standards for suppliers. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams. Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Manage customs, trade compliance, and freight network strategies.
