Vice President of Procurement
Advisory DialecticsRole Description The Vice President of Procurement is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for building and overseeing the procurement function that supports Advisory Dialectics’ operations and growth. This position manages end-to-end sourcing activities, including identifying supplier needs, evaluating vendors, and securing agreements for technology, data services, professional services, and other strategic categories. The role involves negotiating contracts, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring that procurement practices align with regulatory, security, and financial requirements in the cryptocurrency and investment advisory space. The Vice President of Procurement will collaborate with executive leadership, legal, compliance, operations, and finance to drive cost efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation across the supply base. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing procurement policies, monitoring supplier KPIs, leading procurement staff or cross-functional project teams, and continuously improving processes and systems to support scalable growth. Qualifications Strong procurement and sourcing expertise, including experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management . Demonstrated ability in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable, compliant agreements. Experience in Supplier Development , vendor assessment, and relationship management to build a resilient, high-performing supplier network. Background in financial services, fintech, or technology-driven organizations; familiarity with cryptocurrency or digital assets is an advantage. Proven leadership experience in a senior procurement role, with the ability to set strategy, manage budgets, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills, including proficiency with procurement tools, data analysis, and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is beneficial.
