✨ What You’ll Do:
📊 Lead Retail Planning, Inventory Management & Sales Analysis
📈 Drive forecasting, assortment planning & replenishment strategies
🏪 Support planning strategies for the Walmart business
👕 Partner with Merchandising, Sales & Product Development
📦 Optimize inventory levels, allocation & product availability
💰 Analyze POS, sales, sell-through, margin & inventory performance
🎯 Lead seasonal planning, promotions & product launches
📑 Deliver executive-level reporting, insights & recommendations
👥 Lead and develop a high-performing Planning team
✅ We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of retail/merchandise planning or inventory management experience
• 🚨 Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
• 🚨 Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
• 🚨 Walmart planning/account experience – REQUIRED
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in forecasting, open-to-buy, inventory & assortment planning
• Strong understanding of POS, sales, margin, sell-through & inventory KPIs
• Advanced Excel and planning/ERP systems expertise
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners
• Licensed and/or branded apparel experience is highly valued
