Responsibilities: - Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet and vehicle fleet. - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for both fleet. - Manage budgets and resources for fleet operations. - Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives. - Lead a team of fleet staff. - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of vehicles. - Implement preventive maintenance programs for fleet. - Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers. - Develop and maintain policies and procedures** for fleet management. Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the fleet departments. - Develop and manage annual budgets for fleet operations. - Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of vehicles and fleet operations. - Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts. - Conduct regular safety and compliance audits of fleet. - Develop and maintain documentation and records for fleet management. - Provide leadership and training to fleet staff. - Coordinate with other departments to support overall company goals and initiatives. Qualifications: - Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools. Experience: - Extensive experience in managing vehicle fleets and vehicle fleet. - Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies. - Experience in budget management and cost control. - Hands-on experience in managing maintenance and repair activities. - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Knowledge and Skills: - Comprehensive understanding of fleet management principles. - Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities -Bilingual Preferred.
