Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight jewelry features and craftsmanship Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and receipts Upsell complementary jewelry pieces and accessories to enhance customer purchases Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking activities Operate cash registers efficiently, ensuring accurate cash drawer handling and transaction processing Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support store team members with supervising tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative environment Skills Proficiency with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service environments preferred Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about jewelry features Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele are highly valued Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for remote assistance and inquiries Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract customers Retail store product knowledge, especially in jewelry or related accessories, is advantageous Familiarity with stock management, inventory procedures, and grocery store experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude at all times Basic math skills for handling transactions, discounts, and register balancing confidently Join us to be part of a lively team that celebrates style, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
