Vendor Master Analyst
CFSWe're partnering with a large, privately held manufacturing company experiencing continued growth and expansion across North America. As the organization continues to invest in its people, they're looking to add a Master Data Analyst (Vendor Master) to their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of vendor master information. What You'll Do Call and vendors and verify ACH info and banking detail Fill out bank verification template Evaluate process, set-up and change request Update vendors with banking request Assist with backlog of vendors waiting to be validated Remove duplicate vendors from the system and obtain w9 info from vendors Review, approve, or reject vendor setup and change requests while ensuring data accuracy and compliance Partner with internal business teams to ensure vendor requests are complete and meet company standards Analyze reports to identify data quality issues and maintain vendor master integrity Investigate and resolve vendor master data issues and respond to system-related inquiries Communicate directly with external vendors to gather and validate required information Assist with vendor management training materials and facilitate training sessions as needed Help improve forms, procedures, and master data processes while identifying opportunities for increased efficiency Participate in projects focused on strengthening vendor master data governance and team effectiveness What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in data management, accounts payable, supply chain, or a related function within an ERP environment Experience working with vendor master data or enterprise master data management preferred Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization A proactive, self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred Why This Role?
