Experience managing supplier relationships, service providers, strategic partners, outsourced operations, technology vendors, or professional-services providers. Ability to develop and manage service-level agreements, key performance indicators, scorecards, performance reviews, improvement plans, and vendor-governance processes. Experience monitoring vendor performance across quality, delivery, cost, service, responsiveness, compliance, risk, innovation, and customer impact. Ability to support or lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions, scope changes, service improvements, and dispute resolution. Familiarity with contract-management, procurement, ERP, supplier-management, or third-party-risk platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Jaggaer, or similar systems. Experience conducting vendor due diligence, risk assessments, supplier audits, compliance reviews, business-continuity reviews, and performance evaluations. Strong understanding of third-party risk, data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, financial risk, operational resilience, and ethical-sourcing requirements. Ability to analyse vendor spend, contract utilisation, service performance, savings opportunities, supply risks, and business-impact data. Experience preparing vendor reports, executive dashboards, governance materials, commercial recommendations, and performance presentations. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, priorities, escalations, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, contract-management, supplier-risk, or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
