We are seeking a Vendor Management Analyst: Sub Time activities including: coordinating setup of resource assignments, troubleshooting access and time entry/submission issues, communication to resources about access updates, missing time and approval follow-ups, coordination with Sub Time team to resolve outstanding actions and updates. Purchase order setup, maintenance, and monitoring including: submission of purchase requisitions, submission of change requests, monitoring approval status and sending follow-ups, monitoring end dates and funding levels to identify necessary updates, coordination with programs on purchase order needs. Invoice payment including: review for accuracy, submission to accounts payable, voucher approvals, monitoring status, and communicating updates to vendors. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to promote smooth roll-on process for subcontractor resources, procurement of HW/SW and other non-labor costs, and payment to vendors.
