partners with Procurement on vendor strategy, RFP readiness, and consolidation while preserving production managers’ day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Standardize envelopes, base stock, and SKU rationalization programs
• Manage scorecards, Q cadence, reporting, and SLA measurement
• Document continuity, backup, and cross-training standards across P&P
• Standardize invoice formats and data feeds for reconciliation
• Monitor trends and drive corrective actions across vendors
Requirements:
• Experience in vendor governance, procurement, or supplier management
• Strong analytical and framework-building capability
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple suppliers
• Stakeholder management and developing people leadership capability
• Print, mail, or production vendor experience preferred
