Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Vending Route Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing vending machines and smart coolers, ensuring products are stocked, equipment is clean, and customers receive outstanding service. This is an independent role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the day. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route throughout Southwest Florida Restock snacks, beverages, and fresh food products in vending machines and smart coolers Rotate products and monitor expiration dates Collect cash and reconcile route inventory when applicable Maintain accurate inventory counts and handheld device records Clean and sanitize vending equipment Report equipment issues to the service department Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Load and organize products in the warehouse before departing on route Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Previous vending, delivery, merchandising, or route sales experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Strong customer service and communication skills Basic smartphone and tablet proficiency Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid holidays Company-provided uniforms Company vehicle during work hours Opportunity for advancement within a growing local company Stable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off About Surpass Refreshments Surpass Refreshments provides vending machines, smart stores, micro markets, fresh food solutions, and workplace refreshments to businesses across Southwest Florida.
