Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks and vehicles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies. Drive assigned routes to deliver products, restock vending machines, and perform routine maintenance checks. Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and clients through effective communication and excellent customer service. Conduct pricing adjustments, upselling of products, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling vending equipment and inventory items. Ensure accurate inventory management through basic math skills to count stock levels and record transactions. Maintain route organization by planning efficient delivery schedules and documenting all activities clearly. Experience Prior experience in commercial driving, route delivery, or vending machine servicing is preferred. Strong knowledge of driving laws, safety procedures, and DOT regulations is essential. Retail store experience or familiarity with merchandising enhances your ability to meet client needs effectively. Demonstrated customer relationship building skills to foster trust and repeat business. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to proper lifting practices. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Organizational skills necessary for route planning, inventory management, and record keeping.
