Come flourish with us at Snackworks. We are looking to hire route sales vending personnel immediately. These jobs are Monday thru Friday, 1st shift. Starting time is 6:00AM and the job averages 8 -10 hours per day. Must Have Clean Driver Record Job Title: Operations Support Utility Summary: Servicing of Vending Machines and Bistro’s on an established Route. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Acquire a thorough understanding of the customers needs and requirements. Acquire a thorough knowledge of all routes Cover Routes when needed. Eg. Time off, call outs etc. Assist with openings and closings. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Ensure drivers are performing product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines and Bistros. Merchandise Bistro to Go’s Ensure drivers are removing all out of date product from location. Serve as the link of communication between internal operational teams and Breakroom Service Specialist Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance. Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed. Assist Operations Manager with training of all new Breakroom Service Representatives Assist with the merhandising and removal of product at installs and removals Always clean and neat in appearance and in company provided uniform and uniform standards. Serves customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding all complaints. Report all machine issues to Customer Care and to Supervisor if prompt attention is needed. Mainatains safe operation and clean appearace by complying with organization operatonal policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations. Other job duties as assigned. Background checks and drug screening are required.
