Vending Operations Support Specialist

H&H Goodies is a small but growing Philadelphia-based vending machine company serving locations throughout the area. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Vending Machine Operations Support Specialist to assist with the day-to-day behind-the-scenes operations of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently. The position will initially focus on preparing products for vending machine replenishment, maintaining inventory, and keeping our workspace clean and organized. As the business continues to grow, the responsibilities of this position may expand , providing opportunities to learn additional aspects of vending machine operations. Key Responsibilities Product Preparation & Organization Accurately pack and organize bins with snacks, beverages, and other products needed for the following day’s vending machine replenishment. Follow provided product lists to ensure correct items and quantities are prepared. Check product expiration dates and packaging conditions. Maintain an organized system for prepared products and supplies. Inventory Management Assist with counting, organizing, and tracking inventory. Restock and arrange products in designated storage areas. Identify and communicate low-stock items, discrepancies, or damaged products. Help maintain accurate inventory records. Workspace Maintenance Break down and properly dispose of or recycle cardboard boxes. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work surfaces, bins, and storage areas. Assist with general operational tasks as needed. Administrative Support Perform basic data entry and recordkeeping. Use a smartphone or other electronic devices to access product lists, communicate updates, and complete assigned tasks. Communicate inventory concerns, operational issues, or questions in a timely manner. Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following qualities: Exceptional attention to detail: Able to follow instructions carefully, accurately count products, and recognize discrepancies. Reliability and punctuality: Consistently arrives on time and completes assigned responsibilities. Trustworthiness and integrity: Handles company products, inventory, and information responsibly. Strong organizational skills: Able to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic smartphone proficiency: Comfortable navigating mobile applications, messages, and simple digital forms. Effective communication skills: Able to ask questions, provide updates, and communicate professionally. Ability to work independently: Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision after training. Dependable professional references: Must be able to provide reliable references who can speak to work ethic, dependability, and character. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, organizing products, and lifting boxes of merchandise. Previous vending machine experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
