Vending Machine Restocker Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vending Machine Restocker to keep our machines stocked, clean, and running smoothly across the El Paso area. The Restocker serves as the face of our operation at each location, ensuring every machine is fully stocked, properly merchandised, and presentable to customers. This role offers flexible scheduling, independent work, and the opportunity to grow with a locally owned vending company that is actively expanding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of personal accountability, reliable transportation, and a track record of showing up consistently and working well without direct supervision. Responsibilities Restock assigned vending machines according to a digital picklist that specifies exact products, quantities, and slot placement. Load, transport, and organize product inventory between storage and assigned machine locations. Document each completed restock with before and after photos submitted through our mobile app. Record accurate inventory counts and product levels in the company app at the time of service. Inspect machines for coil jams, cooling issues, payment reader faults, and other mechanical problems, and report them promptly. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each machine and the immediate surrounding area. Rotate stock to ensure older product sells first and remove any expired or damaged items. Communicate low inventory, product requests, and location feedback to management in a timely manner. Represent the company professionally and courteously when interacting with location owners, staff, and customers. Follow all company procedures for product handling, machine access, and service documentation. Experience Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in a previous role where you worked independently without direct supervision. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance are required. Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds, including cases of bottled and canned beverages. Comfortable using a smartphone app for job assignments, photo documentation, and inventory tracking. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions precisely. Honest and trustworthy, with willingness to submit to a background check. Prior experience in vending, merchandising, delivery, retail stocking, or warehouse work is helpful but not required. Familiarity with the El Paso area and surrounding routes is a plus.
