Vehicle Repossession Agent tow operator Austin Tx Location: Austin, Tx 78754 Company: 1st Adjusters Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift Average annual earnings: $50K+ (commission-based) About the Role 1st Adjusters is looking to hire an experienced Tow Truck Driver for automobile repossession operations across the Austin area . This is repossession work only — no roadside assistance, no accident towing, no on call shifts! Drivers operate company-provided repo trucks equipped with Jerr-Dan wheel lifts and receive full support from dispatch and management. This role is ideal for drivers who are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working overnight shifts . What You'll Do Run provided addresses to locate and repossess automobiles. Safely secure and transport recovered vehicles using a wheel-lift tow truck Follow company policies and Texas repossession regulations Communicate clearly with dispatch and recovery staff Document repossessions and upload photos Maintain assigned tow truck and equipment (Company pays for maintenance and fuel!)
