We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Registration Specialist to manage and execute vehicle registration and licensing procedures, ensuring all vehicles operate in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for handling end-to-end documentation processes, coordinating with external authorities and internal stakeholders, and maintaining the validity of all vehicle-related permits and certificates. Requirements 1. Execute Vehicle Registration and Licensing Procedures Handle end-to-end vehicle registration, licensing, inspection, and related compliance procedures. Process and maintain required documents, including vehicle registration certificates, inspection certificates, insurance policies, CPC permits, and other operational licenses. Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and external partners to ensure registration procedures are completed accurately and on time. Ensure all vehicles meet legal and regulatory requirements before being deployed for operations. 2. Support and Maintain Vehicle Registration Processes Follow established procedures and guidelines for vehicle registration and compliance activities. Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate records and ensure all registration activities are performed in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Support process standardization and documentation updates when required. 3. Manage Documentation and Renewal Activities Monitor validity and expiration dates of vehicle-related documents, including inspections, insurance, permits, and licenses. Coordinate and execute renewals to ensure uninterrupted compliance and vehicle operations. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation records, both physical and digital. Ensure all document databases and tracking systems are updated accurately. 4. Reporting and Stakeholder Coordination Prepare periodic reports on registration status, compliance tracking, and document renewals. Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments to support vehicle compliance requirements. Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing complete and accurate documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Law, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vehicle registration, licensing, fleet administration, government liaison, or related operational compliance roles. Good understanding of regulations related to vehicle registration, inspection, insurance, and transportation compliance. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities is preferred
