VERDI Motors Inc. is a fast-growing electric golf cart and Low-Speed Vehicle manufacturer based in Norcross, GA. We design and build modern, premium vehicles that are sold through a growing network of dealers across the country. As our production and dealer network continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and dependable team member to take ownership of parts handling throughout our warehouse. This role is important to making sure every vehicle shipment, dealer order, and warranty request leaves with the correct parts and that our parts inventory stays clean, organized, and easy to manage. The Role The Parts & Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, pulling, preparing, and tracking parts throughout the warehouse. You’ll work closely with our production, inventory, warranty, and shipping teams to make sure parts going out with vehicle loads are correct, warranty parts are prepared properly, and parts throughout the warehouse are stored and organized efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally organized, pays attention to details, and takes ownership of keeping things in order. Responsibilities Keep warehouse parts organized, labeled, clean, and easy to locate Set up and maintain parts shelves, bins, and workstations Read invoices and order sheets to pull the correct parts for dealer orders and outgoing vehicle loads Prepare warranty and replacement parts for shipment or pickup Remove or disassemble parts from vehicles when needed for dealer or warranty requests Verify part numbers and quantities before parts leave the warehouse Receive, sort, and store incoming parts Track parts that are pulled, staged, shipped, or still pending What We’re Looking For Very organized and detail-oriented Reliable and able to consistently follow through on assigned tasks Comfortable reading invoices, packing lists, and part descriptions Able to keep track of multiple orders and parts at the same time Takes ownership of keeping work areas clean and organized Comfortable working independently once trained Able to communicate clearly when something is missing or does not match an order Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, or inventory systems Able to lift and move parts as needed throughout the warehouse Previous warehouse, parts, inventory, shipping, automotive, manufacturing, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s): Do you have experience working with parts, inventory, shipping, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment?
