Vehicle Delivery Driver

REPM manages and operates a growing fleet of vehicles across the Boise area. We're adding one full-time driver to our operations team. The job You're responsible for getting vehicles where they need to be, and for making sure each one is clean, inspected and ready when it arrives. That means deliveries and returns across Boise, washing and cleaning between uses, photographing every vehicle, and keeping customers updated through our app. Most of your shift you'll work on your own from a daily task list on your phone. Some days are steady. Others stack up, and you'll need to plan your route, prioritize and stay ahead of the schedule. Most customers are easy to work with. When one isn't, you stay calm and handle it professionally. The work happens year-round, in every kind of weather. Who does well here People who have been trusted to work on their own and own the results: dealership porters, detailers, valets, rental agents, route drivers, and anyone who has been the person their manager could count on. Experience helps but isn't required. We train. You'll do well if you: Show up on time for every scheduled shift Own a problem when something goes wrong, and fix it Follow a process precisely, because missed details here cost real money Are quick and comfortable with phone apps Stay even-keeled with customers under pressure Schedule Full-time, with daytime shifts and occasional evenings. Weekends are our busiest days, and weekend work is required. Pay $2,500–$3,500 a month. Paid training. Growth We're expanding, and we fill new roles from within whenever we can. Drivers who prove reliable and capable will get the chance to take on more.
