Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Duties: - Identify potential sources for acquiring vehicles including dealerships, auctions, private sellers, and leasing companies - Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends, pricing, and availability of vehicles relevant to our fleet requirements - Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications before acquisition - Manage all documentation related to vehicle acquisitions including contracts, titles, and registration to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements - Maintain accurate records of acquired vehicles and manage inventory levels to meet operational needs - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the vehicle acquisition process and implement appropriate solutions Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in social media platforms - Customer service - Phone and computer skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Can identify different makes and models of vehicles Skills: - Sales management - Inventory control - Market knowledge - Automotive sales experience - Math skills for calculations and measurements - Customer service skills for interacting with clients - Organizational skills for managing tasks efficiently - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients - Sales skills for promoting products or services - Bilingual proficiency is a plus We’re looking for applicants who exhibit qualities of integrity, willingness to be challenged, eagerness to learn and are compassionate towards customers and coworkers alike.
