Vault Technician

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vault Technician to handle daily vault operations and inventory management. No experience needed—we will train you. Comprehensive training is provided, with the opportunity to develop expert-level skills in inventory control and vault operations. Responsibilities - Receive deliveries and verify products against manifests and invoices. - Accurately count inventory and confirm product information, labels, and tracking tags. - Review required product documentation and check expiration dates. - Organize and securely store inventory in the vault. - Maintain accurate inventory records and complete routine counts. - Identify and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, damaged products, or other concerns. - Keep the vault clean, orderly, and secure. - Follow established inventory, security, and compliance procedures. What We’re Looking For - Reliability and consistent attendance. - Strong attention to detail and accurate counting skills. - Good organization and a willingness to learn. - Ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly. - Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
