Your role will involve assisting customers, restocking shelves, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and creating a welcoming atmosphere within our store. RESPONSIBILITIES **Customer Assistance** - Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with personalized assistance. - Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences. - Offer product demonstrations and explain usage instructions as needed. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. **Stocking and Inventory Management** - Maintain a neat and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs. - Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in placing orders with suppliers. **Product Knowledge** - Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by Haven Smoke Vape Hemp, including e-liquids, vaping devices, accessories, and hemp-related products. - Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes. - Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and usage. **Customer Service Excellence** - Uphold the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy in all interactions. - Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience. - Handle transactions efficiently, process payments accurately, and maintain confidentiality of customer information. **Continuous Improvement** - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to changes within the industry. - Seek opportunities for self-improvement and participate in training programs provided by the company. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and implement initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and driving sales. **Qualifications** - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers. - Passion for the vaping and hemp industry with a desire to learn and stay updated on product knowledge. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Must be of legal smoking age according to local regulations.
