Role Overview Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Van Driver to support our fast-paced distribution center operations. In this role, you will safely transport goods to and from designated locations, complete deliveries and pickups on time, and ensure products are handled accurately and securely. The ideal candidate has experience driving delivery vans or light trucks, demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, and can coordinate with warehouse teams to keep deliveries efficient and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vans to complete timely and accurate deliveries and pickups. Verify orders and shipment details before departure and upon delivery. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure goods are properly secured for transport. Load and unload products at the distribution center and delivery locations. Communicate delivery updates, delays, and issues promptly to the supervisor or dispatcher. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries and pickups. Accurately complete delivery receipts, vehicle logs, and other required documentation. Track incoming and outgoing shipments to support inventory accuracy. Assist with warehouse duties and other tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required. Previous experience driving vans or light trucks preferred. Knowledge of local roads and delivery routes preferred. Strong driving skills and commitment to safety. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus. Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, and loading and unloading products. Extended periods of driving in varying weather conditions. Exposure to changing temperatures at delivery locations and warehouse work areas. Work in and around loading docks, vehicle parking areas, and an active warehouse.
