Vacuum Truck Driver/Operator

Our team of professional technicians know their work and understand their responsibilities. This is a 40+ hour a week position with some travel required. This is a great opportunity to become part of our growing company! Overview: Enviromelon is seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver/ operator to join our team. As a Truck Driver/operator you will need to have Commercial CDL A or B drivers license CDL driver must have at least a class B commercial drivers license with tanker endorsements, and Hazardous material endorsement (or ability to obtain one within an agreed-upon time) knowledge/experience working with Storm drains water oil separators, underground or above ground tank cleaning and sewer lines is a plus. What we expect of you : - Excellent driving skills with a clean drivers record and team player. - Knowledge of proper loading and unloading techniques for different types of products. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. - Ability to work independently while adhering to work schedules. - Previous vacuum truck experience is preferred, but we are willing to train . - You must have the ability to carry and lift 70+ pounds multiple times per day. - Must be at least 18 years old and have your own personal reliable transportation. - Must be able to drive Manual / Automatic trucks. - You must possess a Class A or B CDL Commercial drivers license with Tanker endorsement and Hazardous material . - Ability to work long hours and travel out of town for overtime opportunities. - This is NOT a “driving only” job. You will also be assisting the crew with water oil separators, Tank Cleanings, Service Stations environmental compliance pump out services and storm drain pump outs and pressure cleaning jobs. Daily duties : - This is only about 20% driving the other 80% operating the truck. - Operating vacuum truck with pressure wash system. - Maintaining proper PP guidelines. - You will be lifting manhole late, and if needed climbing into manhole to take care of issues as they come up.
