Position Summary The Utility Warehouse Worker supports all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, material handling, and general warehouse organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and inventory. Pick, pack, label, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform inspections. Complete paperwork, logs, reports, and inventory transactions accurately. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a forklift. Basic Microsoft 365 and computer skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physical Demands Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds with assistance when needed. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach. Work Environment Warehouse and manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
