What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Comprehensive Benefits: Full health and dental coverage included Growth Potential: Continuous learning and clear advancement pathways within the company Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Conduct inspections on incoming trade-ins and vehicle purchases. Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and maintenance to prepare fresh inventory for sale. Digital Merchandising: Collaborate with team members to get newly arrived vehicles photographed and published quickly to our website. Logistics & Team Lead Support: Coordinate our driver team to move inventory seamlessly across our dealership locations. Lot Audits: Lead weekly inventory audits to maintain accurate lot records (requires working outdoors in various weather conditions). Wholesale Operations: Assist in finalizing wholesale vehicle deals. General Support: Adapt to diverse daily operational tasks as needed. What You Bring: Valid Full G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and office tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment High accuracy, clear communication, and a positive, team-first attitude Vehicle or automotive industry experience ( asset ) Photography experience ( asset ) Heighton Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices in compliance with applicable legislation.
